cell phone

So i have been trying to get a cell phone ever since i got here.
Me being the child of my father, am very frugal, and dont want to spend money i dont have to. So i have been asking around for a phone, and finally found one to use for the year.

now i just need ------> a chip (like a number for the pone)
----------------------> a charger for the phone
----------------------> and credit for the phone

minor details?

Phone here are different than in the USA. Here you buy credit, like a certain number of minutes and when its gone you buy more. Use the phone more pay more. In the usa i had unlimited calling and unlimited txt.

I think i have a friend who might have an old chip, if not i will go buy one, and the charger im trying to find if someone has an extra. Credit is the last thing on the list.

It has taken me a month and a half to get a phone. How long do you think it will take me to get it working??
