new years

New years here, is celebreated alot like christmas.
All the family gets together to eat, then at 12 am everyone counts down, then starts hugging and kisses on the cheek happy new year. There are also fireworks. (i dont rememberer if i mentioned that christmas their were fireworks)But from every direction you can hear and see them. We stood there and watched them untill most of them were done, then lit our own.

There are these one "fire-works" that are a globe. some people write on them, but they are kind of like a hot air balloon made out of paper. When you send it off you make a wish : )

We sent off a couple.
Then at about 2:30 we went to a friends house to celebrate with friends. We watched the sunrise and left at about 7. I left with a couple friends and we went to go eat breakfast, coffe and crisonts, then made it home around 8.


Later today we ate with the family again. Tomorrow i think we are all going to a friends house to go camping. Right now we are trying to work out all the details.
